Policies
Booking Policy
All shoots require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
If you are interested in a studio photoshoot, you must book the studio and message me with the booking information.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Policy
Make sure you arrive to your scheduled appointment on time.
If you are over 15 minutes late you will be charged a $50 late fee.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule please contact me 7 days prior to your appointment.
Travel Fee
If I have to travel 15 miles or more please contact me.
Terms & Conditions
Image Delivery
Photographyby.gc, will provide edited images via a secure online gallery within 5-7 business days. Clients may select a predetermined number of images for final delivery.
Editing & Retouching
Photographyby.gc, provides basic editing and retouching to selected images. Extensive editing requests may incur additional charge of $25.
Liability
Photographyby.gc is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during the photography session. In unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling without fee may be discussed.
Privacy
Photographyby.gc respects client and subject privacy. Personal information and images will not be shared without consent.
Extra Images
Out of the images taken from the session, you will pick the number of edits your package comes with.
I do not send RAW images or unedited photos !
You may also pay for extra edited images if you would like.
Every additional image is $25 each.
